Clinical Dietitian – Kendall – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Join Miami Jewish Health as a Clinical Dietitian in our Florida PACE Centers. This role offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus and competitive benefits.

Job Summary

Provides nutrition care to Florida PACE Centers participants in all care settings.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provide nutrition education to participants and caregivers as ordered by physicians or requested by nursing or other disciplines.
  • Perform nutritional assessments and periodic reassessments as indicated by need and Florida PACE Center standards.
  • Participate in care planning for initiation, progression, and maintenance of participants receiving tube feedings, TPN, and PPN.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team conferences for Florida PACE participants.
  • Provide nutrition education to staff and community as indicated.
  • Collaborate with other care disciplines in the development of the team plan of care.
Education & Qualifications
  • BS or advanced degree from an accredited college in food and nutrition or dietetics.
  • One year experience working with the frail elderly population.
  • Current Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license.
  • ADA registered or Registered Dietitian eligible.
Abilities & Requirements
  • Ability to teach, analytical thinking, and provide care to geriatric participants.
Functional Demands & Work Conditions
  • Normal working conditions with adequate lighting and ventilation.
  • Possible exposure to blood/body fluids/tissues.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a caring attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills; maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Speak, read, and write English.
