Case Manager
- Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc.
This non‑exempt position is responsible for coordinating services related to family social services, early childhood health, mental health, and disability services for children in accordance with Head Start and DCF requirements. Additionally, the role collaborates with parents, other staff, and regulatory bodies. All activities are completed in alignment with the agency’s policies, federal, state, and local laws, Head Start performance standards, and accreditation standards.
The organization reserves the right to transfer employees to any program based on operational needs, with or without notice. Incumbents must demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the service population.
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience and/or training (vocational technical certificate) and a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field.
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience and/or training (vocational technical certificate) and be able to obtain a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field within eighteen months from date of hire.
- Completes 45 DCF training hours within 1 year of hire.
