We’re hiring a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our comprehensive rehabilitation and therapy team at a leading acute care hospital in Miami. This role focuses on treating upper extremity injuries in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with a diverse patient population that spans all age groups, including complex trauma and surgical cases.

• Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy interventions for patients with upper extremity conditions.
• Apply evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to therapy assistants and support staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and infection control procedures.
• Provide age‑specific care across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric).

• ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum required).
• ✔️ Active Florida Occupational Therapy License (required).
• ✔️ BLS Certification (required).
• ✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of direct hand therapy experience (required).
• ✔️ CHT certification preferred (or willing to obtain if eligible).
