Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at North Miami Beach, FL
! This is a 5 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: North Miami Beach, FL 33169

Shift

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday (required until conversion to Quest employee): 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Phlebotomy

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure a calm, professional experience
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors with a focus on quality, confidentiality, and accuracy
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures
• Accurately label specimens and complete all required documentation
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety, and quality standards

Operational Excellence

• Perform daily tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

* Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
