Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II – Float at Miami, FL for a 4‑month contract role with high possibility of extension or conversion.

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Rotational Saturday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Patient Care & Phlebotomy

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric, geriatric, and forensic specimens
• Clearly explain procedures and ensure patient comfort, trust, and confidence
• Verify patient identity and demographics; obtain patient initials/signature post‑venipuncture to confirm proper specimen labeling
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain complete and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
• Ensure specimens are labeled in the patient’s presence and match patient identifiers

Operational & Float Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers (PSC) and in‑office phlebotomy sites with minimal notice
• Arrive on time and fully prepared for each assigned location
• Adapt quickly to varying workflows, staffing needs, and site procedures
• Submit mileage for reimbursement per company policy

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience — Required.

• Must include pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
