Job Summary:

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of caregivers. As a CNA at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care to our residents, promoting their overall health, well-being, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital signs and document resident information accurately and thoroughly

• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in therapy and rehabilitation programs to enhance resident outcomes

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• 1 year of experience as a CNA

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and medical terminology

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
