Epic Senior Analyst, Willow

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, end‑users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and access
• Serve as the primary support contact for application end‑users
• Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
• Perform analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts to workflows
• Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Epic Willow Certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare‑related organization
• At least 3 years of Epic build experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

• CPhT Certification
• Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
• Clinical knowledge of medication ordering processes
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoring
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
