• Provide cognitive and behavioral support: gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
• Assist with personal care: dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
• Maintain home safety and housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organization to keep a calm, familiar environment.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
• Offer companionship: conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.
