Compensation: up to $100/eval-$14/unit treatments;
Hospice rates $120/eval-$20/unit
Job Type: PRN (per diem)
Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in an ALF setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Has own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
- Doctorate/Master/Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
- New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
- Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
- Flexible schedule – can accept or decline cases based on availability
- Variety of settings – ALF and residential home settings
- Higher rates – often offer higher rate of pay compared to full time positions
- No long-term contracts – can take assignments without being tied to a specific facility for an extended period
- Weekend and holiday shifts – can cover weekend shifts or holidays with premium pay rates
