Job Overview

Baptist Health is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist 1 to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding clinical services in their area of practice, developing medication protocols, and providing mentorship to staff and other healthcare providers.

The organization offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and a competitive salary range of $ - $ per year, depending on experience.

• Establish and expand clinical services in area of practice
• Develop medication protocols, order sets, and facilitate medication utilization reviews and performance improvement projects
• Provide mentorship and clinical resource for staff and other healthcare providers
• Participate in clinical activities relating to various programs for the department of pharmacy
• Provide drug distributive functions as assigned

• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist license
• Additional qualifications may include Board Certification, PGY1 or PGY2 residency, and relevant practice experience
