Speech Language Pathologist

The Home Health Speech Therapist will provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ speech and communication skills
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers
• Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes
• Monitor and document patient progress toward treatment goals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
• Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients in a home care setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Miami‑Dade and Broward counties
