About The Role

We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Miami Shores, FL. This full‑time employee position is Monday through Friday based at our multidisciplinary clinic. You will work alongside a supportive group of therapists passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF), we offer the guidance and mentorship you need to thrive.

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic and via teletherapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practices and client goals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, MTs, ATs) to ensure holistic care.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and session reports promptly.
  • Communicate regularly with families to review progress and provide guidance.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in monthly team bonding events and maintain active communication via our internal support platform.
  • Support the Medicaid credentialing process, if not already enrolled.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
  • Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license in good standing.
  • Medicaid provider number preferred.
  • Pediatric experience required; feeding therapy experience preferred.
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and access to a personal computer.
  • Reliable transportation to/from the clinic.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Clean background check.
