Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Feeding Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or other qualified professional with pediatric feeding/swallowing experience) to join our team and help our clients to Always Keep Progressing. In this role, you will work with children experiencing feeding and swallowing difficulties to improve oral motor skills, promote safe eating, and empower families through education and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, evidence-based feeding therapy to pediatric clients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess feeding and swallowing challenges
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members to support progress at home and in the clinic
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Requirements
  • Proof of education in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field
  • Current and active license in Florida (SLP or OT)
  • Approved to work with Medicaid
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of feeding/swallowing therapy principles, methods, and evidence-based practice
  • Clean background check
