RN Supervisor​/Nights

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Miami, is seeking an RN Night Supervisor.

The RN Night Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Directing and coordinating the nursing units under their supervision.
• Providing resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
• Planning, organizing, and overseeing staff to provide patient care.
• Evaluating care and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing the department's daily staffing requirements.
• Acting as an intermediary between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
• Implementing and interpreting organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Florida Nursing License.
• Previous RN experience in Long Term Care required.
• Previous Long Term care supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Interviews the same day with hiring managers, offers given on the spot if required qualifications are met.

Note: A $3000.00 Sign On Bonus is available for this position.
