Overview

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant BYN role at Always Keep Progressing, LLC (AKP). Based in South Florida, AKP operates two multidisciplinary clinic locations and offers both in-clinic and teletherapy sessions. Our team of over 30 professionals includes Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Music Therapists, and Art Therapists, delivering comprehensive support to pediatric clients and their families.

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic and via teletherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (OTs, MTs, ATs) to ensure holistic care.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and session reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly with families to review progress and provide guidance.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in monthly team bonding events and maintain active communication via our internal support platform.
• Support the Medicaid credentialing process, if not already enrolled.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
• Florida SLPA license (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and access to a computer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean background check.

• Compensation: $27-$38 hour
