Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in a medical facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess knowledge of medical terminology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient care.
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Assist doctors with medical procedures.
• Restock rooms with medical supplies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic life support procedures.
• Proficiency in handling patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Experience with Mac Practice.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and authorizations.
• Quickbooks knowledge.
• Bilingual speaker
• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
