Physiotherapist Base Pay Range

$27,500.00 per year – $30,000.00 per year

Reports To: Senior Doctor

Duration: 26 weeks onboard / 8 weeks off

The Physiotherapist supports the medical team in assessing and treating crew members, preventing injuries, and promoting health and safety onboard. Works closely with the Safety Officer, Staff Captain, and Medical Operations.

• Provide physiotherapy treatments as requested by the Doctor.
• Conduct injury prevention programs, ergonomic training, and stretching sessions in key departments.
• Observe and correct unsafe work practices.
• Track musculoskeletal injuries and support rehabilitation, including Tele-PT follow-up.
• Maintain medical records and assist with administrative duties.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain emergency readiness.
• Keep licenses current and contribute to inventory management.

• MA in Physiotherapy with valid license.
• 3+ years of physiotherapy experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (intermediate to advanced).

• Professional, compassionate, and adaptable in a multicultural environment.
• Able to work 7 days a week and respond to emergencies.
• Physically fit to meet shipboard demands and safety protocols.
