Weekend Salon Receptionist

Overview

We are looking for a weekend front desk attendant to join our expanding team at Upper East Side Tan! As the first person that our members see when they enter the salon and the last person they see before they leave, you will become a face of our Upper East Side Tan brand. You will provide a memorable and personalized experience– grounded in top-notch customer service– to each of our members.

• Love for tanning and beauty

• Experience with Boulevard software
• Previous salon/gym front desk experience

• Booking appointments via phone and booking software
• Fostering relationships with members
• Handling all appointment check-ins
• Selling products and add-on services
• Cleaning and salon organization
