Director, Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance

A public research university in Miami is seeking a Title IX Coordinator/Director to ensure institutional compliance with civil rights laws including Title IX, VI, VII, and ADA. Key responsibilities include oversight of misconduct reports, coordinating compliance efforts, and leading educational programs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have extensive management experience. Flexibility in schedule and role-related travel are expected.

This is a full-time position with emphasis on compliance and civil rights oversight.
