Invoice Analyst

The Invoice Coding Analyst will support the Finance team by processing and reviewing incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded to the correct GL accounts, and monitoring their status. This role involves managing the group mailbox to address inquiries and collaborating with internal teams, Vendor Management, Corporate Accounts Payable, and external service vendors to guarantee timely and accurate payments. The position also includes handling cost center chargebacks and recording other financial transactions.

• Review invoices for accuracy, proper PO matching, and correct GL coding.
• Coordinate with internal teams and accounts payable to resolve issues and ensure prompt payments.
• Handle sensitive information, such as contracts and salary data, with discretion.
• Support reconciliation of chargeback allocations, including utilities and other expenses.
• Complete daily and monthly financial tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work performance.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in invoice processing, billing review, or reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
