RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing 2 of Miami’s most impactful non-profits with openings for a Controller and Sr. Accountant. These are permanent, full-time roles.

Controller:

Client - A non-profit with more than 50 years of operations and specializes in assisting the elderly and under-serviced populations of Miami, FL

As Controller, you would be responsible for managing their operational finance and accounting department, along with functions of financial reporting for one of the most established non-profits in South Florida.

Sr. Accountant:

Client – A non-profit that specializes in humanitarian efforts, and assisting the underserved population of Miami. They have been in operation more than 50 years, and have helped more than hundreds of thousands in need.

As Senior Accountant, you would be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the organization’s general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the structure and ongoing optimization of the chart of accounts to align with nonprofit reporting and operational needs. This role plays a key part in month-end close, financial analysis, and maintaining proper classification of transactions across programs, grants, and operational activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills and experience supporting nonprofit financial operations while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
