Private Equity Associate, Industrials

We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our Miami-based investment team, focused on opportunities within the industrials sector
. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals on all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments.

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for potential transactions
• Support due diligence processes, including industry research and coordination with external advisors
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials and deal presentations
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives with management teams
• Perform market and industry analysis within the industrials sector

• 2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Interest in industrials and middle-market investing
