Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of economic models, impact analysis, forecasts, and financial analyses related to spectrum valuation and broadband deployment Translate technical approaches and analytical findings into actionable modeling and analysis tasks Manage data acquisition, validation, and econometric workflows in collaboration with analysts and data scientists
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in applied economics, financial modeling, or policy analysis within telecommunications or related sectors Demonstrated expertise in regulatory and market economics, particularly around infrastructure or spectrum markets Strong experience with data-driven policy analysis and economic modeling tools (R, Python, Stata, or equivalent) US citizenship and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
