Relationship Manager Corporate Banking

One Search Group, in partnership with one of the largest Florida-based banking institutions, is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team.

This role will originate, structure, and manage complex credit relationships across Corporate and Middle Market clients, including sponsor-backed and privately held companies. The position offers meaningful deal exposure and a visible role in expanding the bank’s presence across Florida.

• Originate new Corporate and Middle Market client relationships and financing opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors, business owners, and senior executives
• Structure and execute syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financing, and revolving lines
• Serve as primary relationship contact and trusted advisor to clients
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across treasury, capital markets, and other bank products
• Prepare and present credit proposals and investment memoranda to approval committees
• Coordinate internal deal teams across credit, risk, legal, and operations to drive efficient execution
• Monitor portfolio performance, including covenant compliance, amendments, renewals, and extensions
• Maintain active dialogue with syndication partners and institutional lenders
• Contribute to pipeline development, market coverage strategy, and overall platform growth

• At least 5 years of Corporate or Commercial Banking experience covering middle market and large corporate clients
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex credit relationships
• Strong understanding of syndicated lending and sponsor-backed transactions
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and presentation skills
