ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
- Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment in this role including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.

Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience.
- Two or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending with solid knowledge of the local market and regulations.
- Previous sales awards and leadership positions.
Job Requirements / Working Conditions
Sitting/Standing/Walking/Bending/Lifting:
Sitting frequently (25% - 50% of the time), Standing frequently (25% - 50% of the time), Walking frequently (25% - 50% of the time), Lifting up to 25 lbs.
Visual / Audio / Speaking:
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding:
Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Availability:
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
Travel:
Up to 75%.
