Overview
The role is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wires, supporting real estate closings, and handling firm and trust banking transactions. Duties include opening and closing bank and investment subaccounts, reconciling firm and trust accounts, processing trust check requests, and posting general ledger transactions. The position also supports cash receipts processing and works closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Note:
Recent or Current 2-3 years of Law Firm experience is required.
- 3–5 years of law firm accounting experience
- Experience with online business banking or Treasury Management platforms
- Aderant accounting software experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Full-time, onsite
- Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed - Primarily sedentary role with light filing and lifting up to 10 pounds
