Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to help scale our financial planning and decision-making as we enter our next phase of growth. This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leaders across the business to build planning processes, develop insights, and support strategic initiatives that directly impact company performance.

• Own and continuously improve planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across corporate and commercial functions
• Partner with FP&A colleagues supporting global operations to align inputs and drive consistency at scale
• Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that enable real-time, data-driven decisions
• Develop long-range financial models to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and capital allocation
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to executive and business leaders by analyzing financial trends and performance
• Support high-impact, cross-functional projects tied to growth, transformation, and operational efficiency
• Prepare board, shareholder, and investor-facing materials with a strong focus on storytelling and clarity
• Support investor communications and related strategic activities as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment, or consulting
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
• Experience working with financial systems and tools such as Power BI, One Stream, Priority, and Power Point
• Strategic thinker who can blend qualitative judgment with quantitative rigor
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts for senior audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Builder mentality — willing to roll up your sleeves, create structure, and drive outcomes
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel periodically, including internationally
