The Client Associate (CA) provides comprehensive operational, onboarding, and administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients. This role is client-facing and operationally focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced financial services environment. The CA serves as a key point of contact for client service needs while ensuring accounts remain compliant and up to date.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately
• Assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist Financial Advisors with expense reports
• Support business travel booking (hotel/transportation)
• FA’s Calendar management
• Assist with other miscellaneous requests

We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Associate. You will be the point of contact for client services requests and operational processing for prospects and the existing clients of the Financial Advisor.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Fluent in English and Spanish
