Finance Project Manager Security Clearance

Finance Project Manager – Full‑time, Department:
Project Management.

CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to oversee financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. We look for candidates excited about government innovation, who can collaborate effectively and anticipate the needs of others.

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
• Perform and oversee financial and procurement services.
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
• Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high‑quality work is delivered on time.
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.

• At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
• Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
• Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time‑critical support activities simultaneously.
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing and oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
• Knowledge of the Government’s data processing environment (office automation, PC‑based databases, internet, and server‑based applications).
• US citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Undergraduate degree required; law degree desirable.
