Discretionary Trader, Senior

We're seeking exceptional discretionary Futures Traders to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of global futures markets, a proven track record of profitable trading, and a passion for developing and executing their own trading strategies. You'll be joining a team of experienced traders and researchers, where you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the firm's success.

• Develop and execute discretionary trading strategies across global futures markets.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions, news flow, and economic data to inform trading decisions.
• Manage risk effectively and adhere to established risk parameters.
• Maintain a detailed trading journal and regularly review performance.
• Collaborate with other traders and researchers to share insights and refine strategies.
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
• Researching market microstructure patterns for inefficiencies
• Collaboration on daily trade review
• Following industry and overall market news
• Participating in group meetings hosted by senior traders

• Proven track record of profitability in discretionary futures trading.
• Deep understanding of global futures markets, including major asset classes (e.g., interest rates, commodities, equity indices).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to make sound trading decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Resourceful thought process, team-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through extracurricular activities and/or group projects, and record of academic achievement
• Analytically minded, intellectually curious, and have a strong interest in financial markets
• Must be competitive, adaptable, and persevering
