The Client Associate (CA) provides comprehensive operational, onboarding, and administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients.
This role is client-facing and operationally focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced financial services environment. The CA serves as a key point of contact for client service needs while ensuring accounts remain compliant and up to date.
* respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately,
* assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks
* collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
* proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business growth
* ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Assist Financial Advisors with expense reports
* Support business travel booking (hotel/transportation)
* FA's Calendar management
* Assist with other miscellaneous requests

Your expertise
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
* Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using financial software and tools
* Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
* Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
* Fluent in English and Spanish
