• Lead global tax provision, compliance, forecasting, and statutory reporting
• Manage ASC 740 tax accounting across all subsidiaries
• Maintain global tax calendars and ensure compliance protocols

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and miscellaneous tax filings
• Collaborate with international finance teams for non-U.S. compliance
• Supervise external advisors and tax return preparers

• Lead income tax forecasting and variance analysis
• Present global tax insights to senior stakeholders
• Manage audits and litigation related to U.S. tax matters
• Support global audit documentation and ensure accurate reporting

• Develop tax tech strategy and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee G&A budget and external consulting spend

• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Treasury, and more
• Lead and mentor the U.S. tax operations team

• 8+ years in public accounting or 10+ years in industry tax departments
• Advanced tax degree and/or law qualification
• CPA or JD (CPA preferred)
• Strong ASC 740 expertise in a global/multinational environment
• Familiarity with JDE, Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, One Source Tax Provision
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Spanish language skills a plus
