Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting the company’s corporate accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient month-end close processes. This role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive continuous improvement.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Lead and execute month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting schedules and responding to audit inquiries
• Support financial reporting, including balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Collaborate with FP&A, tax, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
• Assist in developing and improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 1–2 years of public accounting experience (required)
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or complex environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
