Overview
EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance – Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tourism in Miami. The role delivers strategic advisory and transaction support to CEOs, Boards, Private Equity, and Governments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead valuation, strategic planning, M&A, and optimization projects for real estate, hospitality, and tourism clients.
- Develop financial and cash flow models, property/portfolio modeling, and market research for hotel, mixed‑use, residential, marina, vacation ownership, and leisure property types.
- Conduct due diligence, asset and business enterprise valuations, and valuation reviews for cross‑border engagements in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
- Interface directly with clients, present findings, and mentor junior staff.
- Drive pursuit opportunities through sales and marketing efforts.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional teamwork.
- Excellent presentation and business‑acumen skills in spoken and written format, including MS PowerPoint.
- Business development experience and ability to contribute to practice development initiatives.
- Learning mindset to acquire technical and personal skills; global EY experience.
- Relationship building with key decision makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, hospitality, business or related major and at least 2 years of real estate work experience; graduate degree and at least 1 year of related work experience acceptable.
- Strong writing skills and experience writing business plans and market studies.
- Experience creating complex financial models (cash flow/property/portfolio).
- Experience in real estate underwriting, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, asset management, finance, and/or market research.
- Excellent analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative analysis aptitude, and strong organization.
- Travel and willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Spanish fluency and experience in Latin American and/or Caribbean geographies.
- Previous experience in mergers, acquisitions, development, or advisory roles.
- Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
- Knowledge of leveraging firm‑approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Base salary range U.S. $95,200 to $157,100 (geographic variations apply).
- Medical, dental, pension and 401(k) plans; paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
- Hybrid model: 40–60% in‑person engagement, 40–60% remote as appropriate.
