Public Senior Accountant

Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to support the financial operations of a dynamic and expanding international organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with global offices and contribute to a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Contract to permanent role, it provides potential for long-term growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive month-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.

- Complete bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.

- Manage multi-currency accounting processes for international offices.

- Review tax filings for global entities, ensuring compliance with international regulations.

- Collaborate with external auditors to support annual audits and reporting.

- Provide assistance with accounts payable and general accounting tasks as needed.

- Utilize advanced ERP systems, such as Aderant, for effective financial management.

- Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all financial operations.

- Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization by proactively addressing challenges. Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in public accounting;
Big 4 experience is a plus.

- Familiarity with managing financial operations for international entities and working with foreign currencies.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, with Aderant experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements for global entities.
