Our client, a well-capitalized commercial real estate investment firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team. This position will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities- Support acquisitions and dispositions across various deal sizes and asset types
- Build and maintain financial models and investment analyses
- Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution
- Work closely with senior team members across sourcing, closing, and asset strategy
- Participate in all phases of the investment process in a hands-on role
- 2+ years in commercial real estate analysis or related field
- Proficiency in ARGUS and Excel
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and underwriting skills
- Self-motivated with interest in long-term growth at a small investment platform
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (finance, business, and/or related field)
