Overview
Seeking Dynamic Fund Accountants for our Client.
Responsibilities- Prepare NAV and P&L data for funds
- Maintain and review the books and records of the Funds and assigned clients
- Analyze any margin requirements and respond to margin calls for entities under their responsibility
- Reconcile positions and cash positions to the Funds’/Clients’ brokers and/or counter parties
- Calculate and verify management and, if applicable, incentive fees
- Prepare monthly valuations for the Funds’ portfolios and review investor capital allocations
- Prepare financial statements and audit schedules for assigned Funds
- Participate in monitoring all investments and analyze the related performance
- Coordinate tax information for the preparation of income tax returns by outside advisors
- Bachelor's in finance or accounting
- 2+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, a Hedge Fund or Big 4 covering Alternative investments space
- Strong MS Office Skills including Excel
