We are looking for Financial Advisors and advisory teams with a long-term vision, interested in joining a firm that provides the platform, structure, and resources to further develop and strengthen their client relationships.

Black Toro is a SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) headquartered in Miami. We focus on delivering transparent, conflict-free, and client-centric wealth management solutions to Latin American clients. A strong connection to Latin America and a deep understanding of its clients and culture are fundamental to our value proposition.

• Lead client prospecting and business development initiatives through events, meetings, and strategic engagements, supported by Black Toro’s platform and resources.
• Maintain close, ongoing relationships with current clients and support the continued growth of their portfolios.
• Manage the full client acquisition process, from initial contact to closing new client relationships.
• Build and maintain personalized, long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous communication, market updates, and timely responses to client needs.
• Work closely with Black Toro’s research and investment teams to design, implement, and monitor client investment portfolios.
• Provide personalized wealth management and financial advisory solutions aligned with clients’ goals.

• A SEC regulated RIA platform, free of conflicts of interest.
• Full operational, investment, compliance, and marketing support to help you scale your practice. Resources designed to enhance and maximize the value of your client relationships.
• Backing of a team with 30+ years of investment experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (CFA, MBA and Master's in Finance are highly valuable).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Latin American background.
• Experience in similar roles.
• We are looking for someone with empathy, a customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills to engage in strategic and authentic conversations.
