We are looking for motivated LICENSED Mortgage Loan Originators who can handle a 70+ loan pipeline. Are you a top player looking for a home before the boom?
Responsibilities- Remote position with Florida license required
- Up to 25 leads per day
- Base plus commission (no draw)
- Experience taking a high volume of calls and leads daily
- We need salespeople, not order takers
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for high performers
- Remote position in FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL, VA, KY, MD, DE, CA, PA, TX

Mortgage Loan Officer
Position Summary:
Our licensed Loan Officers are assigned leads from state‑of‑the‑art technology and marketing. They work in a direct sales environment speaking to clients across the US, building rapport, analyzing borrowers’ financial situations, and determining appropriate products in a fast-paced, high‑call‑volume environment.
- Licensed Loan Officers receive approximately 10–15+ warm transfers from our contact center daily. The more you close, the more you receive.
- After determining the best product for the client, lock the loan at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package without processing or setup. Follow up with borrowers as needed.
- You will have admin staff to complete most of the process for you.
- Each Loan Officer has multiple Loan Processors supporting the process to completion, allowing focus on originations.
- NMLS SAFE Act compliant, holding state licenses
- Flexibility to work approximately 40–45 hours per week
- Ability to connect quickly with clients via phone presentation; builds and leverages client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- We pay for state license renewals
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Very aggressive compensation plan: base salary plus commissions (no draw)
- Higher compensation for self-generated business

- Three administrators per Loan Officer to assist with application, deal packaging, conditions, etc.
