Because this role requires high-level engagement with complex financial products and diverse clientele, the ideal candidate will possess active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, and relevant experience in a trading or client associate capacity.

• Facilitate the accurate execution of trades involving equities, fixed income, and mutual funds while adhering to best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between advisors, internal operational teams, and clients to provide timely updates and professional guidance.
• Coordinate the movement of funds and assets to ensure all transactions are processed within established time frames.
• Oversee the client onboarding process by guiding new accounts through necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance departments to strictly adhere to AML and KYC standards while identifying potential risk exposures.
• Utilize industry-standard custodial and market data platforms to manage daily account maintenance and reporting.

• Must possess active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience working within a wealth management or similar financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on academic excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of investment vehicles such as options, bonds, and equities.
• Proficiency with major trading systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
