Our client, a growing investment manager with offices in NYC and South Florida is seeking an FP&A professional to support fund‑level forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic modeling. This role will be heavily focused on building and maintaining a large set of fund and portfolio models (approximately 50 fund models) to support management reporting, budgeting, investor analytics, and business planning. This is a high‑impact role working closely with Finance, Investor Relations, and Investment Operations, with exposure to senior leadership and fund‑level decision making.

• Build/maintain ~50 fund models (cash flows, NAV/IRR, fees, scenarios)
• Own fund forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Support monthly/quarterly management reporting and investor analytics
• Partner with Investment Ops/Accounting to ensure assumptions and outputs are accurate
• Standardize templates and improve modeling processes

• 5+ years of FP&A, fund finance, or financial modeling experience (private credit, alternatives, PE, hedge fund, asset management preferred).
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (complex formulas, sensitivities, scalable templates)
• Strong understanding of fund structures, cash flows, and fee mechanics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple models simultaneously
• Experience with Power
