- Handle collections and ensure timely payments from clients
- Generate and analyze sales reports to inform strategic decisions
- Pay invoices and bills accurately and promptly
- Process credit card transactions securely
- Multitask and take on various responsibilities to support our entrepreneurial company
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple books to manage
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books and financial control
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Track record of efficient collections and invoice management
- Analytical skills to generate and interpret sales reports
- Ability to work collaborativelyëris and independently
