Senior Accountant - Boutique Boat Operations Company with $60M in Revenue (Miami Beach, FL)

Our client, an outsourced boat operations company with $55M in revenue, is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their high-growth team in Miami. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and involves overseeing the complete accounting cycle, owning P&L outcomes across business units, and working closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost control, and KPIs.

• Oversee complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany, and multi‑entity consolidations
• Own P&L outcomes across business units—budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Manage month‑end/year‑end closes, audit processes, and external financial reporting per U.S. GAAP
• Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost control, and KPIs
• Administer tax filings, intercompany accounting, cash flow management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 3–5 years in progressive accounting/finance roles, including multi‑entity consolidation and P&L management

$90K – $105K base salary dependent on experience
