A sophisticated family office is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to oversee their Wealth Advisory Services operations.

This role partners closely with senior leadership and advisory teams to drive scalable processes, operational excellence, and high-quality client delivery for ultra-high-net-worth clients and complex trust structures.

• Lead and govern core operational processes supporting wealth advisory and stewardship services
• Design and scale efficient, high-quality workflows across advisory, trustee, and protector functions
• Enable data-driven operations through KPIs, reporting, and operational insights to support executive decision-making
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including client service deliverables, invoicing, and third-party vendor payments
• Drive platform, systems, and workflow enhancements, including automation and process improvements
• Serve as the quality control lead for client-facing communications, reports, and deliverables
• Act as Information Governance lead for beneficiary and client data, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility
• Manage and develop the Wealth Advisory Services operations team and collaborate closely with senior advisors

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional credentials (JD, CPA, CFA, CFP, CTFA) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in UHNW wealth management, family office operations, or private wealth advisory
• Proven track record leading and scaling operational functions within a sophisticated advisory or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of trust structures, multi-generational wealth management, and stewardship frameworks
• Strategic, data-driven operator with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to partner effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
