Tranham Partners is excited to be supporting a Tier One Private Equity platform based in Miami as they look to expand their acquisitions team with several junior hires, ranging from Senior Analyst to Senior Associate (2-7 YOE).

Requirements:

• 2-7 years' experience in commercial real estate investments (equity or credit), with exposure to major asset classes (preferably multifamily).
• Excellent academics from an accredited institution.
• Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and interpret financial and valuation models.
• Entrepreneurially minded, collaborative, team-oriented professional with the ability to work effectively across a dynamic & fast-moving organization.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders and investors.

Responsibilities
:

• Support the financial modeling and execution of multifamily, student housing, and self-storage acquisitions.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including market research, rent comp analysis, and historical performance reviews.
• Participate in structuring and negotiation discussions with partners, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality IC memos and presentations for internal committees and external investment partners.
• Support initiatives to scale the firm’s equity platform, including process optimization and targeted market research.
