We are hiring a Director of Finance to bring structure, rigor, and forward looking insight to a fast growing restaurant platform. This is a builder role. You will partner with senior leadership to scale reporting, forecasting, and decision support across multiple brands and operating models.

We are a privately held, rapid growth QSR group operating in non traditional, contract food service retail formats. We are profitable, expanding quickly, and moving from founder led hustle to a repeatable operating system with shared services. Finance is a critical lever as we scale, especially across a mix of corporate operated and licensed partner locations.

Own day to day financial management and the cadence that keeps leaders informed and accountable. Build budgets and forecasts, sharpen unit economics, and deliver insights that improve margins, cash flow, and growth decisions.

• Lead monthly close rhythm and performance reporting including P and L, balance sheet, and cash flow visibility in partnership with Accounting
• Build scalable budgeting and rolling forecasting for multiple brands, markets, and operating models
• Own unit economics and controllable cost analytics including labor, food, occupancy, and other operating expenses
• Create KPI dashboards for Ops leaders including sales, margin, labor, prime cost, productivity, and variance drivers
• Support pricing, promotions, and menu or product changes with margin analysis and scenario modeling
• Partner with Operations to improve cost control routines, purchasing discipline, and field accountability
• Develop new unit and expansion models including return analysis, sensitivity scenarios, and ramp assumptions
• Support licensed partner financial performance, reporting standards, and stakeholder communication where applicable
• Improve systems and process including planning tools, data sources, and standardized templates
• Support leadership with board ready materials, investor updates, and strategic analysis as needed

• 10 plus years in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance with meaningful restaurant or multi unit retail exposure
• Strong command of P&L drivers in QSR or fast casual including labor and food cost mechanics
• Experience building forecasts, models, and dashboards that operators actually use
• Comfortable working in a high growth environment with incomplete data and evolving systems
• Able to communicate clearly with non finance leaders and influence decisions through insight, not just reporting
• Hands on builder. You can design process and also execute
• Experience with multi brand or multi concept portfolios is a plus
• Experience with licensed or franchise heavy environments is a plus

• Proven model with momentum and profitable unit economics
• High impact role shaping how the platform allocates capital and improves margins
