What You’ll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports for Smart Pay daily to upload fees such as appraisal fee, condominium questionnaire fee and translation fee for borrower’s payment.
  • Download and log receipt of Smart Pay fees received daily.
  • Prepare compliance reports such as Red Flags.
  • Prepare Daily Pipeline report daily – update closing dates in Encompass.
  • Provide broker package to new brokers.
  • Review the accuracy of broker documents received for broker onboarding.
  • Complete due diligence and submit broker package for BSA approval.
  • Set up credentials for broker onboarding.
  • Annual review of brokers.
  • Provide appraiser package for new appraisers onboarding.
  • Complete due diligence and submit appraiser package for BSA approval.
  • Send two samples of appraisal reports for review to the appraisal reviewer.
  • Upon receipt of appraisal review indicating “Accept as is,” onboard appraiser.
  • Annual review of appraisers.
  • Submit file to BSA for approval.
  • Obtain signature on Confidentiality Agreements and Broker Agreement from CLO.
  • Compile documents for audits.
  • Assist the lending department with events.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Upon learning the different tasks and projects, continue to assign/train with additional job duties.
What You’ll Need
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish – fluently speaking, understanding, reading and writing both languages.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
