U&C4U's client, based in Miami (Aventura), FL, is looking for a full-time, in‑office Merchant Cash Advance underwriter. The Underwriter - MCA will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness and financial risk for merchant cash advance applications, reviewing financial statements and credit reports, and conducting thorough analysis to make informed underwriting recommendations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines, and preparing detailed documentation and reports.

• Strong knowledge of underwriting processes, financial analysis, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in working with financial statements, credit reports, and MCA‑related tools
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to make data‑driven decisions
• Familiarity with the MCA, alternative lending, and fintech industries is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
