Closing Analyst

Locust Point Capital (“LPC”) sources capital and provides debt and preferred equity financing to the lower middle market seniors housing and care industry. The Closing Analyst will support the underwriting team in executing investment transactions, including collecting and reviewing due‑diligence and KYC documentation, researching industry and regulatory trends, creating investment memorandums, researching market demand, and coordinating transaction closings.

• Collect and review due‑diligence and KYC documentation for potential acquisitions.
• Research industry and regulatory trends relevant to seniors housing and care.
• Prepare investment memorandums and market demand analyses.
• Co‑ordinate transaction closings and working with the legal and compliance teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and the motivation to take on increasing responsibility.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
