RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a hospitality group that brings together standout restaurant and nightlife concepts in the heart of Little Havana. They are currently seeking a Controller to join their team. This is a full‑time, permanent role with excellent compensation, and benefits.
As Controller, you would be responsible for leading all financial operations and providing strategic financial oversight for a growing organization. This role drives financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while ensuring scalable systems and strong internal controls. You will partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision‑making during a period of rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and executive reporting
- Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
- Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team
